1. Log onto your Facebook Account
2. Go to the Jantek Windows Facebook page  www.facebook.com/jantekwindows
3. Click on the “Like” button at the top of the page
4. Write a brief comment about your experience with Jantek and post a representative picture of your new windows.
5. When your comment and picture has been posted,  fill out the form below and submit it to officially claim your rebate: http://www.jantekwindows.com/Jantek-Fan-Rebate-offer.html
6. If you submitt both a FaceBook Post (with photo) and a Five Star Google Fan Review you should submit both on the same form. 
7. Jantek will mail your rebate check within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your rebate claim form.

1. Log on to Google.com www.google.com 
2. Enter "Jantek Windows" into the search bar to google search.
3. Look for the Jantek Industires, LLC profile on the right side of the page.
4. Click on the "Write a review" button (if you do not have an account it just takes a minute to set up).
5. To qualify as "Google Reviews Fan"  leave a 5 star rating and leave a positive comment about your experience with Jantek.  
6. When your Five Star Google review is complete fill out the form below and submit it to officially claim your rebate: www.jantekwindows.com/jantek-fan-rebate-offer.html
7. Important! If you submitt both a FaceBook Post (with photo) and a Five Star Google Fan Review you should submit both on the same form. 
8. Your rebate check will be mailed within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your rebate claim form.

This offer is valid on completed Factory Direct Showroom orders only and not available on orders placed by and through Jantek Dealers.  The amount of the FaceBook Fan Rebate is $50.00.  The amount of the Google Reviews Fan Rebate is $25.00. The FaceBook Fan Rebate Offer and The Google Reviews Fan Rebate offer are mutually exclusive.
